Is there a quote/motto you try to live by? “Everything is happening exactly as it should” my acupuncturist gave me this mantra and it helps calm me and reminds me that, I cannot control everything. It comes in particularly handy with a child

Coffee or tea? I love guayusa tea for energy in the morning and green tea. On the weekends, I’ll have a cappuccino after lunch.

Go to outfit? JBrand Jeans, Veda sneakers, R13 leather jacket worn with a black or grey turtleneck or a striped long sleeve shirt.

Go to beauty products? Coconut oil. I use head to toe every night and put in my hair too. I love SKii masks so much and my Georgia Louise Butterfly Crystal to massage my face. This crystal helps lift the face and de-puff. Perfect for a working mom

What’s one thing that’s always in your handbag? The Fridababy Breathefrida! These are wipes for my son’s runny nose and they’re infused with chamomile, aloe and a natural menthol…I use them on myself. I can also use them as handwipes if I need. Jack of all trades!

Favorite indulgence? 90 minutes of boiling hot Bikram Yoga. Nothing clears my head like this. I love a super-hot class on a Friday evening or Saturday morning, great way to get the weekend started and let go of any stress from the week.

How do you incorporate women’s rights into your job? How do they influence your work? I’ve always been a girls’ girl. I went to an all-girls high school, I work for an all female company, I have a huge group of girls friends. I do not gossip and I do not shame, I’m always a girls’ biggest supporter.

What is the biggest challenge you face in time management? Alone time! If I have moments to myself, I’m always trying to squeeze in an errand or clean or get something done, I don’t take time to just be silent and relax. I need to do that more…oh, but where is the time?

What do you do when you’re not working? What are your non-work related passions? Travel! I love exploring new places and eating, drinking and walking my way through a new city. We were just in Argentina and spent my birthday in the vineyards in Mendoza. I’m always planning my next trip. With a baby, not so easy, but we took him to Florida the other weekend and we had a whole new type of fun. Kiddie pools, dinners at 5pm, it was perfect.

What mindset helps make you successful? “If you’re going to do something, do it right” My mom would always say this to my brother and me growing up and I live my life by this motto. I also believe in the power of positive thinking. Stay positive, think happy thoughts and let them drive you forward.

Any advice to anyone reading this right now? Take a moment to breathe and be happy in the moment. Feel lucky for all of the things you DO have. Take in everything around you and enjoy the journey.

What’s next? I’m always thinking about “the next” and at the moment, I’m just enjoying everything about “the now”
