As with all candles, please use safely. Always burn within sight, away from anything flammable, and out of reach of children and pets. Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use, and do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Discontinue use when 1/2 inch of wax remains, as the vessel may overheat. See the bottom of the candle for more safety and care info.
